We enjoyed a wonderful day as a family. We started a mini scavenger hunt at 7:30AM. It was a beautiful morning to be out. I gave Ethan a blue egg and Ellia a pink egg with their first clue in it. We headed out to follow the rest of the clues. Finally, the clues led to their Easter Baskets. We had a lot of fun and it was fun to create memories!

We enjoyed a celebration service and beautiful worship today. The kids stayed in the service and participated in a Children's Sermon. That was engaging for them and nice to be together as a family. We enjoyed a nice lunch as a family too. Ryan helped clean up lunch and we all took naps! We went for a family walk, played outside, and the kids had fun with their Easter basket goodies. Ethan tied a rope to his basket and tied it to the swing set loft. He would pull the rope up and down as he needed things. The highlight in Ellia's basket was watercolor paints. She was excited about the grape" tits"(chapstick) in her basket too:) Ethan was most excited about a small german chocolate bunny from Aldi.

We picked grape hyacinths from our front yard. I love them!

It was a beautiful day celebrating the life of Jesus and enjoying the beauty of family.
